Workplace Neurodiversity & Inclusion Training UK
Psychological safety isn't a special measure for the few. It's the ordinary condition a team needs to do good work: enough trust in the room that people can ask, admit, disagree, and think aloud without pricing the cost of it first.
Neurodivergent employees tend to feel its absence soonest, which makes them the clearest signal of whether psychological safety exists in your organization at all. Build it well, and everyone works better.
Every workshop is interactive and practical: people learn by doing, in pairs and small groups, at their own pace.
1. HEARD: Foundational Neurodiversity Workshop for All Staff
Format: Half-Day | Cohort Size: Capped at 16 participants (all neurotypes) | Modality: In-Person
A shared language for how different minds work, the hidden cost of masking, and one practical framework that changes how workplace disagreements go. Most team clashes aren't clashing needs—they're clashing communication strategies. Everyone leaves with a clear map of how they work best and two actionable commitments they selected themselves.
2. HEARD FOR MANAGERS: Practical Line Manager Training
Format: Full Day | Cohort Size: Capped at 12 participants | Modality: In-Person
Designed for managers whose day-to-day decisions shape an employee's working week. This practice-heavy workshop focuses on the four key conversations managers actually face:
3. RECEIVING WELL: 2-Hour Module on Disclosures & Support
Format: 2 Hours | Modality: In-Person or Virtual
Organisations spend significant resources encouraging employees to bring their whole selves to work. This module trains the receiving end. Discover what to do when a colleague trusts you with a diagnosis, a difficulty, or an unaddressed workplace need.
Custom Case Studies & Anonymized Vignettes
The scenarios in our workshops come from your world, not a static slide deck. Before the session, we create custom vignettes based on real situations your managers encounter: the disclosure that landed badly, the adjustment that stalled, or the meeting that went sideways. People practice on real-world challenges, completely anonymised to keep the room safe.
Lasting Impact Beyond the Workshop
Every session closes with concrete commitments participants choose for themselves. We follow up post-training to see what practices held and to guide your team on the next honest step forward.
"What a colleague needs is more useful than what a colleague is called. Most teams can meet a need long before they can define a condition."
Around two-thirds of neurodivergent employees mask at work (*Pearn Kandola, 2024*), leading to burnout and premature turnover. Lowering that cost is what these workshops are for. We publish our rates openly because fair means visible.
To ensure psychological safety and deep engagement, cohorts are strictly capped. Larger teams are scheduled across multiple cohort sessions.
