Does it seem from the outside like you have everything together? The perfect job, the perfect life, perhaps the perfect façade? Maybe nobody can guess what’s really going on. Maybe everything feels like it's falling apart, and you can't figure out why. And despite all the books you've read, the podcasts you've listened to, the videos you've watched, nothing quite fits. The advice, the parenting tips, the strategies... they all feel like they're written for someone else's brain.

Here's what I've learned: if you're neurodivergent (or neurospicy* as I like to say!), generic solutions rarely make sense. Whether it’s ADHD, autism, dyslexia, giftedness, OCD, PDA or a lovely combo (diagnosed or not), you need someone who helps you comprehend how your mind actually processes the world, not how it's supposed to. Neurodiversity is a multitude of spectrums after all.
